NIRA KSV GmbH is able to process all common thermoplastic materials and has a machine park with capacity between 50 and 650 tons. Thanks to a centralized drying system and self-colouring, NIRA KSV can satisfy all market requirements.
NIRA KSV realizes modules with electrical components, metal parts such as springs, bushings and filtering materials. We are also equipped for the production of welded components. An EOL 100% test confirms the process rightness.
NIRA KSV performs tests on the components during serial production. We use dimensional precision tests (such as gauge test), colour measurement with customer specific methods and optical tests with digital imaging.
Production monitoring is performed by a CAQ system.
